Floor Plans

The township's public schools are top in the state and the country. All of them are supported by very active parent and teacher organizations, which contribute to their continued strength over the years.

Hartshorn Elementary School is just down the road. Millburn Middle School and Millburn High School are a short bus ride. The school system was rated #1 in the state once again in 2009. For the last ten years, Millburn High School has been consistently recognized as one of the 'best' high schools in the state by such publications as New Jersey Magazine and Money Magazine.

Classes are not large and dedicated faculties interact with students to help foster growth and development in each child. The belief that each child has his or her own strengths that need to be developed to attain educational and personal excellence is supported.

The school system offers students a rigorous, stimulating, and diverse academic program delivered by an experienced and dedicated faculty. Students perform at an extraordinarily high level while maintaining substantial involvement in interscholastic sports, clubs and activities and community service.

And one more note about area schools. Some of the finest private schools in the United States are within easy commute of Short Hills.
